Abdul Jabar is a resident of Afghanistan who was held in confinement in the American Bagram Collection Point in 2002.[1] Jabar was a cabbie who was held in a cell close to individual cab driver Dilawar, who was kept by American powers following a rocket assault on Firebase Salerno. Jabar detailed hearing Dilawar’s cries and encountering comparative maltreatment.
